I am a licensed life coach and certified hypnotherapist. I have them practicing professionally for two years and help break addictions such as smoking, uncontrollable drinking, dealing with anxiety, removing blockages, childhood trauma and getting out of your own way. I believe in order to get healthy that it starts from the inside and then it will work its way to the outside. Hypnotherapy is being in a altered state of mind that talks to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious remembers everything even the thing that your conscious mind had buried or blocked, together we can remove those blocks and get you on the path to becoming the you that you want and not the you that's attached to who have been.
